Yo Yo Yo..ga!

So it was a snowy day in early January and this little lady was sat on her sofa under the extra warmth of a lovely moroccan blanket.....ahhhh it was bliss.  Suddenly a thought started to germinate...yoga it said.  Ignoring it she went on to drinking tea and planning what to watch for that evenings entertainment...yoga it said louder.   She continued to surf the web and look at recipes to inspire some culinary delight for dinner that evening and stumbled across a few great ideas that she bookmarked until she could no longer ignore the cry YOGA...I said YOGA can't you hear me?  Unable to continue to pretend the little nagging voice did not exist, she threw on her kit ran out the house - or rather gingerly stepped carefully so as not to fall on the newly forming black ice and spent time clearing the car of its snow laden bounty.  She cautiously made her way to class, took a breath and realised what she had been missing.

Food
Breakfast
1 x bowl of millet porridge made with water, coconut milk and sweetened with xylitol
1 x glass water with barley grass, magnesium and liquid chlorophyl
2000mg flax oil
1000mg vit C
2 x Crystal Mana capsules
Lunch
Huge serving of last night's veg with a 3 egg plain omlette
Snacks
buckwheat lemon and almond essence biscuit thin tiny slice
Dinner
Big bowl of vegetable soup including red cabbage, onion, garlic, carrots, celery and nori flakes
1 x glass water with barley grass and liquid chlorophyll
1 x slice buckwheat, lemon and almond essence biscuit for dessert

Exercise/good stuff to encourage detoxing
1 1/2 hour yoga session and skin brushed when I got home

Water Intake
Maybe 2 glasses water and about x 4 large herbal teas

Sleep
woke up around 9.00 slept a bit more
bed 12.30am - I know a bit late eh?

Feeling
Woke up tired despite about 10 hours sleep generally upbeat
