Whitney Houston had a point, keep moving and why not keep moving by dancing? However you can exercise on a regular basis is going to help improve your health. I am using this weekend to reevaluate a few things on my current lifestyle protocol and exercise is a key component of that.
I guess the lesson here is however you do it, do it!
Food 07.01.10
Breakfast
1 x tiny bowl of millet porridge made with water, coconut milk and sweetened with xylitol
1 x glass water with barley grass, magnesium and liquid chlorophyl
2000mg flax oil
1000mg vit C
2 x Crystal Mana capsules
Lunch
Big bowl of vegetable soup including red cabbage, onion, garlic, carrots, celery and nori flakes
Snacks
popcorn
Dinner
Red cabbage, broccoli and coconut milk saute with buck wheat pasta
1 x glass water with barley grass and liquid chlorophyll
1 x last mini piece of buckwheat, lemon and almond essence biscuit for dessert
Exercise/good stuff to encourage detoxing
Nada
Water Intake
Maybe 2 glasses water and about x 4 large herbal teas - not doing great on the hydration front this week
Sleep
woke up around 9.30

Feeling
Woke up tired again

1 x handful of soaked, sprouted, seasoned and dehydrated almonds and herbal tea
Lunch
Big bowl of calvo nero sauteed with onion and coconut milk - I am thinking that I have too much coconut milk and I am going to ease right back on this. I think too much fat in my diet is not helping.
Snacks
Dinner
Huge green salad, buckwheat sandwich with sauteed onions and courgette a scraping of humus, couple of falafel sliced, radish sprouts, salad, scraping of aioli 1/2 an avo - It was so delish but I don't think it was excellent for me - not bad but not excellent

Avocado, lemon and coconut milk pudding sweetened with xylitol - as i was saying about the fat! When I ate this my belly started gurgling and I did no sleep too well at all. My digestion was messed up by the amount of fat I had after my sandwich - this is why I am trying to give it a miss or seriously reduce it for a while.
Exercise/good stuff to encourage detoxing
Nothing - thought seriously about body combat class but wimped out.

bed 12.45am - must try harder - not like I was not tired
Feeling
Woke up tired again, achey limbs and very heady and hazy but cool mood-wise. I was also incredibly itchy throughout the night. It could be the popcorn I am going to have to give that a miss for a while.
