Welcome, welcome, welcome!
For some time now I have been toying with nutrition and looking at the various ways I could improve my health. I have spent many an hour in front of the computer screen and amassed quite a keen interest into the varying perspectives of healthy living. I have had quite an interesting roller coaster ride with food and health – eating what I want but feeling de-energised then trying to do better and getting bored. I have toyed with raw food, vegan food, dairy, wheat and sugar free foods only to find out what I knew all ready...I am a foodie. I love to eat and eat well! If I am to try and follow some form of food protocol then I have to make it interesting. This blog is really a way for me to give some form of expression to that and to allow me to document my journey in a little more detail.
I am not sure at this point what exactly it will be and how it will all pan out as this blog is a bit of an experiment – so please do bare with me and let me know your thoughts and any feed back about the topics I raise.
