Food glorious food

Food 13.01.10
Breakfast
1 x small bowl of millet porridge made with water, coconut milk, spices and xylitol
Lunch
Missed lunch today as I was driving home
Early Dinner
Portion of yesterday's biriyani
and a head of steamed broccoli
Snacks
chocolate-ish biscuit/cake thing with a fudge topping made from coconut oil, cocoa and xylitol and a bit of lemon and a bit of coconut milk as cream - I suffered for this the next day though as much as I enjoyed it my system did not and made every effort to get rid of it asap - need I say more?
Exercise/good stuff to encourage detoxing

Water Intake
Still rubbish 2 glasses water and about x 3 large herbal teas 
Sleep
woke up at 8.30

Food 14.01.10
Breakfast/brunch
1 x bowl of millet porridge made with water, coconut milk and xylitol - ate late
Lunch
I ate late breakfast so just had a smoothie of cucumber, lemon, mint, flax and hemp oil, barley grass and liquid chlorophyll
Dinner
Huge green leaf salad with chopped sauteed green beans with chilli, garlic, ginger and lemon served with small red skin jacket potato and a bit of aioli
Second dinner after Capoeira - I was starving!

Snacks
A small slice of chocolateish cake and a drop of oat cream
Exercise/good stuff to encourage detoxing
1 hour 45 of Capoeira training - I was comfy at home and so it was a huge effort to travel the 2 minutes down the road but I was so glad I went and we did some nice moves - if you are lucky one day I may get a bit of film of us all in action.

Red skinned jacket potato with huge green leaf salad and cucumber with sauteed cabbage with onion and garlic and spices.

Feeling
Got a bit annoyed about a something that was no big deal really in the scheme of things  - could have done with a bit more communication but nothing to get my knickers in a twist about - but i did!

Food 16.01.10
Breakfast/brunch
chickpeas cooked with sage and thyme served with griddled courgette, onion and savoy cabbage
Lunch
JP red skinned of course with loads of brussel sprouts, nori flakes and a bit of aioli
Dinner
Buckwheat pasta with courgette, onions, garlic, chilli, and a large green salad
Snacks
naughty naught tortilla chips from M&S - they made me a bit itchy and grouchy I really must stop eating corn stuff as the sugar content is just too high...but they are so crispy and salty and crunchy and....ahhhh
Exercise/good stuff to encourage detoxing
A bit of fresh air and a walk to the park - nothing to write home about really.

Feeling
Heady and a bit miffed at how boring and limited my food choices are - I would love to have some apple crumble and custard, a piece of deliciously moist carrot cake would be a wonderful diversion and a piece of rich chocolate fudge cake or a brownie with whipped cream - don't get me started!!
